INTERNAL BUSINESS MANAGER - IBM
|
The DynaShoppe IBM 'back office' control panel enables management processes and integrates your DynaShoppe's administrative functions, order processing, shipping functions and your customer satisfaction and support department activities. The IBM Panel also enables internal communication between different departments or divisions for collaboration issues, IBM also allows you to post reminders, initiate new tasks, initiate new processes and to post announcements and notes.
There are five different DynaShoppe back office access levels:
1. The Super Administrator
2. The Business Manager
3. The Catalogue Manager
4. The Order Processing and Shipping Manager
5. The Support Manager

The Super Administrator (SA)
|
The SA can view, direct and control any and all activities of the DynaShoppe eStore. The SA has full control over all activities of the other departments and each of the departments report directly to the SA. The administrative panel for the SA has links to all sections of the DynaShoppe eStore with total add, modify and delete functions.
The Super Administrator can assign password secured backend access to each of the different departments, and each of the staff assigned to a particular task will have different levels of access to the backend of your DynaShoppe eStore as related to the desired job functions to be performed and as determined by the SA.

The Business Manager (BM)
|
Has a level 2 access to the backend. The BM can only access those areas of the backend which are related to their functions. Apart from the main administrative functions that only the Super Administrator has, the Business Manager has access to all the other functions. The Business Manager controls the activities of all the other departments and reports directly to the Super Administrator.

The Catalogue Manager (CM)
|
The CM has complete control of the DynaShoppe eStore's contents, as well as the development and maintenance of the product catalogue and the shopping cart.
The CM has access to only the shopping cart, the product catalogue and the information pages. The CM also controls some other product related functions like the tax tables, inventory, discounts, bestsellers and the most viewed product modules.

The order processing and shipping Manager (OP&SM)
|
This module activates after an order is confirmed. The OP&SM department has a separate login panel which enables authorized OP&SM users to view all pertinent order processing and shipping functions. Due to their security clearance level, they do not have access or clearance to view areas of the eStore functionalities which the Super Administrator, the Business Manager or the Catalogue Manager can access.
The functionalities they are able to view and work with are:

02. Shipped orders - with all order details
03. Partially shipped orders
04. Back orders
05. Returned or cancelled orders
06. Shipping address label printing
07. Billing address label printing

The support manager
(SM)
|
The support management staffs have their respective login panels. All support requests can be processed by the authorized staff members using their login and password access. The SM interacts exclusively with the customers' account and report directly to the eStore administrator.

Inter - departmental messaging (IDM)
|
All the departments will be able to communicate with each other through the internal messaging system - IDM
There are different security and authority levels of the DynaShoppe IDM also. For example, one department will be able to interact with another department without disturbing a third department. If and when the attention of a third department is required at any given time,, that third department can be called in to take part in the discussion.
The Business Manager and the Super Administrator will be able to view all the discussions and issue related threads between members of the entire staff and will also be able to comment and join the discussion.
All threads with no input for 30 days will automatically be closed and transferred to the closed discussions section.
All closed discussions can be opened at any time in the future and viewed by any of the pertinent departments.

Wholesalers section with price management
|
Every authorized wholesaler will have a password secured account created for them by the DynaShoppe eStore software system.
When a wholesaler logs into their account, they will see the wholesale prices for each product and will be able to order desired products based on these price ranges.
The eStore Administrator will be able to define the wholesale prices for each product.
The wholesale price will not be visible for regular visitors.
There are two levels of wholesalers and each will have a different wholesale price. The eStore administrator will be able to assign a level to each wholesaler so that only the prices assigned to every product for that level are visible to them.

Referral and affiliate program
|
Referral Program: Track all traffic to your DynaShoppe eStore from all the major search engines and get accurate statistics on the following:
01. Pages viewed
02. Products viewed
03. Products sold
04. Total revenue generated
Affiliate program: Build up an affiliate network on your eStore. It is simple and easy to use and maintain.
A person or company requests to be an affiliate.
You accept and approve them and the affiliate then gets a banner which he can place on their site.
You can define the affiliate commission fee for each product on your eStore
All visitors who visit your site through the affiliate site are tracked. The total activity of the visitors on your eStore is tracked and saved in the database and all affiliate payoffs are automatically generated.

04. Total revenue generated.
05. Total affiliate payoff.
The affiliate also has a password secured login panel through which they can view the full details described above indicating the visitors originating from their site.

Strategic reporting
|
A variety of reports can be generated by the software along with graphs of the reported data.
Reports can be generated for:
01. Past month
02. The past year
03. For a selected time period.
Reports include details on number of hits and total revenue generated along with graphs.
The bestsellers and the most viewed modules also give actual values of user activity and enables DynaShoppe Merchants to determine which products were seen the most number of times and which products have sold the most.

Store promotion
|
Comes with a robust newsletter generator and database driven mass mailer which can also generate HTML email promotions, announcements, special offers, and holiday sales' announcements.
Built in templates allow you to change the header for each campaign and the built in HTML editor enables you to add rich text, flash, graphics in any design you want.

You also have the functionality of importing or exporting DynaShoppe opt-in email address databases in CSV format for your campaign generation and tracking.

Manage Taxes
|
You can create new state and local tax tables for each of the locations that you want your DynaShoppe eTail Store to collect taxes for.
Create a new tax table, specify the name of location, specify the zip code, specify the tax in percentage and then every time a visitor from the specified location purchases something, the tax is added to their invoice automatically.
You can create as many tax tables as required for the DynaShoppe eTail Store.

Manage Inventory
|
The database will keep track of the number of pieces you have for each product and it will keep updating this amount after each sale.
As soon as the inventory levels falls to five, the system will send you an auto email giving details of the inventory levels for that product so that you can update the inventory section by a few more pieces.
When the inventory level of any product reaches 0, an auto sold out message is displayed with the product on your DynaShoppe eTail Store.

Order management
|
The order management process starts soon after the payment is received.
As soon as the payment is received, the order is automatically entered into the shipping section for further action.
The shipping department gets the order with all details including the shipping address and the details of the order number, product number and the product details.
The shipping department can have a function of auto printing the shipping labels as per the specified size required by UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service or whatever carrier the DynaShoppe Merchant uses.
Once the shipment is prepared and/or sent out to the carrier, the shipping department updates that record as shipped and the recorded item is transferred to the 'Shipped Order Section' of your DynaShoppe eTail Store.
The tracking number is inserted while updating the record and this automatically creates a track shipment button in the account of the buyer through which he can track shipments in your DynaShoppe eTail Store.
The other documents related to the product are also entered into the DynaShoppe eTail Store buyers' account.
The support link in the buyers account is automatically activated and the customer can then correspond directly with the support department for any further clarification DynaShoppe eTail Store.
