WE ARE NOT GOING TO PAY. The reports by our Ex Agent have hurt our business seriously and damaged us devastatingly, but we are NOT giving in to his cyber extortion.

mr. 'richard', 'ricardo' 'tzvi boruch' 'boruch tzvi' 'richie' akerman, is a disgruntled ex employee who chose to break in to the business premises and take property not belonging to him with no authorization as a way to resolve some issues that he felt needed to be addressed. a police report was made and he was promptly arrested by the new york city police department. {records are available} he is a known drug user who has a history of being hospitalized for excessive drug use. aparently he has nothing better to do with his time than to defame others for behaviour that was justified under the circumstances. the details are too numerous to list, if anyone is interested in the details they can contact me directly info@________.com . A background check on Richard revealed...
Richard is 55 years old, divorced 3 times, owes a lot of money to his ex-wives, has his passport and driving license impounded by the authorities and is flat broke. One of the victims did an asset check to see if he could be sued for damages and Richard has nothing at all. He lives on free food coupons provided by the Government and rides a broken down bicycle. None of the victims mentioned above paid him as far as we know.
Before he was assigned as a independent sales agent for our suite of softwares, Richard had told us that he was a respectable human being, comes from a high class jewish family successful with his business. He also talks very well. This made him an ideal candidate as a independent sales agent. What we learnt over time was beyond imagination. He was immediately terminated with devastating results for us. VOICEMAIL 1) This voicemail was received after the first report appeared on one of the victims and we objected to his terroristic ways, terminated his services, told him that we had given his contact information and address to a victim who had called us and told him that we would go to the authorities ourselves if he did not stop his extortion....This voice is of a very scared Richard. One victim had already filed a cyber extortion and defamation suit against him and he knew that another one was in the process of doing so.

I always found Ed (owner of the scam site) to be 100% there for me. I was beat for money by many different low lifes. Search for Ja_k Ab_aham; Abraham (Abie) Pi_rkarski or Pieka_sky; G_ne Kazl_w -- the crooked lawyer; Stev_n Sigm_n nee Armstrong and his appliancesb_yphone site. He ripped me for 8000 dollars after we delivered the work product he went to American Express and they refunded his cash because he said he never authorized use of his card. Funny where did we get his card number and x date? Also look for Raj Lo_sane and DynaSh_ppe another low life who made promises to me and my clients and ripped us all off. S. Br_ce Klein who worked for me and got paid $30,000+ for his best WEEK and stole my back up tape along with a disbarred attorney Ken_eth (Ken) Am_el. Now where the hell do you think I could have gotten these scum low lifes posted other than by Ed? The latter never asked me for a penny, my brother in law attempted to pay him off to remove the posting and Ed refused the money. So I think you miscreants posting here are probably dead beats who got posted by Ed in the first place... come on now... tell us the truth ya bum ya! A lifetime of dedication, honour, respect and success is destroyed. The shame, humiliation and trauma is destroying him today. He is 70 years old today and devastated by the trauma and humiliation.

DynaShoppe has an excellent product from what I have seen and used (limited as that is) and from our discussions and experience with Richard I believe it would be safe to say that sales and marketing here in the United States have not gone as you would like them to.
Raj, researching DynaShoppe I ran across Richard's accusations and ranting on 'Report a Rip-Off'. This is certainly very poor public relations for DynaShoppe and having had personal experience with Richard I certainly consider the source. Unfortunately, new / prospective customers do not have that same experience to draw from.
Raj, I additionally contacted a couple of other merchants that are using DynaShoppe and though the contact was totally unsolicited and there was certainly a degree of caution on their part I explained to them that I was researching their satisfaction with DynaShoppe from the beginning to today. They were surprisingly candid and rated DynaShoppe quite highly and continue to be happy with their sites and their relationship with you and DynaShoppe.
The manner in which you handled the unfortunate situation with Richard and (blocked URL) spoke volumes to me about your personal integrity and the willingness to follow through with a project that, unfortunately, I am sure was not profitable for Dyna Shoppe. Had it been left to Richard, we would have given him (I was quite afraid that was actually going to happen.) additionally money on the promise of performance with no checks and balances on Richard to ensure that would take place.
I was quite emphatic that we cease all communications with Richard, which fortunately we did. That was then and this is now and I do not like to live life in the rear view mirror, but keep my eyes on the road (goals) ahead. So, let's get on to this current project!

In all honesty, he and _____, both feel, and I must concur, that he was at a crossroads, deciding whether to scrap the entire project with Dynashoppe and building a new site and moving forward on his own.
One major concern that we all felt needed to be addressed - being the position within this project and its development of Richard Ackerman. We all agree that he is the most unprofessional individual we have all ever worked with. Frankly, none of us feel comfortable in moving forward with him involved in ANY way. This evening after business hours I received another threatening phone message from Mr.Akerman.
Mr. Akerman is starting to scare me with his words and his accusational tone, as if I really owe him. I hope its just a joke. I'm troubled by his ability to ignore everything I say with just a few words. His one-line response to one of my recent emails, full of my questions was 'Stop the polemics!' I started laughing out loud! I'm sorry, Raj, but really I can't afford the time to do business with people that don't know how to conduct themselves and in the presence of clients. I know and appreciate that you have terminated him, but can you try and instruct him NOT to call me again.
